These terms apply to every purchase made in this store. By buying from us, you agree to them.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products: downloadable PDF guides and printable pages. Nothing is shipped. After payment you get a download link on the screen and by email.

2. Your licence

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own household. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store and charged at checkout. Taxes are added where the law requires. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Refunds

Every product has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.

5. Information, not professional advice

Our guides share general, practical information for ordinary households. They are not a substitute for a licensed professional. Work on gas, electrical, structural or safety systems should be done by a qualified professional, and you are responsible for how you use the information.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.
